24 Hour Crisis & Support Line

Our 24-hours a day, 7 days a week Crisis and Support Line provides free, confidential, non-judgemental, specialized support for survivors of recent and/or historic sexual violence. We provide resources, accompaniments, personalized support and crisis intervention for callers of all identities. Callers do not have to give a name, leave a phone number or fill out any forms.


Chat and Text Line

We also offer a chat and text support line Monday – Friday 4pm-10pm.  You can access the chat via the icon on our home page or text “hello” to 613-544-6424.



SAC Kingston offers individual counselling for individuals of all genders and identities 12+, who have experienced recent and/or historic sexual violence in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.  Partners, friends and family who are seeking information on how to support a survivor are welcome to contact us. We can assist with childcare and transportation.
Our counsellors are experienced in trauma-informed care with a specialty in working with those who have experienced sexual violence.  We also offer groups at no cost, throughout the year.

Education and Training:

The Community Education Program aims to promote social change through advocacy, prevention and awareness programming in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington.

What does the Community Education Program include?

  • Annual event organizing
  • Participation in committees/coalitions

Medical and Legal Accompaniments 

SAC Kingston is able to provide accompaniments:

  • to the hospital
  • to the police station
  • to court preparation or court proceedings


Contact us ahead of time for free childcare, on-site, by trained SAC Kingston volunteers.

If you lack transportation or need to access financial assistance for transportation to and from appointments, please contact us for information about coverage by SAC Kingston or alternative options.

Interpretation/Translation and ASL Services
Interpretation/translation services is available in 300+ languages.
ASL is available upon request.
