Join Roxanne for free drop-in, trauma-sensitive yoga Wednesdays at 6:30pm. All women, trans folks and non-binary folks welcome. Beginner-friendly. In these classes, you will learn how to connect with your breath and develop awareness of your body. You will be guided through slow, gentle yoga postures that stretch and strengthen your body and mind.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided. No registration necessary. Free childcare upon request (arranged by email).
