Join us on Saturday October 24th for a 2 hour workshop on Trauma Sensitive Yoga. The workshop offers a safe space to learn about yoga as a technique for healing and relaxation for people who experience traumatic stress, depression and anxiety. We will tap into our own inner strengths and resources, using gentle movement and breathing to explore the connections between the mind, body and emotions.

There is no cost to attend this workshop. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, mats will be provided. Workshop size is limited to 8 participants.
