Gentle Yoga Drop - In

Join Roxanne for trauma - sensitive yoga on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.  In these classes you will learn to connect with your breath and develop awareness of your body.  You will be guided through slow gently yoga postures that stretch and strengthen body and mind.  This is a no cost event!
