A Skill Building Group for Survivors of Sexual Violence
Group starts Wednesday October 7th 2015, 3pm – 430pm and runs for 8 weeks. There is no cost to attend this group.
Weekly topics include introduction to meditation, developing mindfulness, understanding emotions, learning coping skills and recognizing self-criticism.
In this supportive group environment we will use meditations, discussion and journaling to develop our ability to ground ourselves in the here and now and cope with stresses in our lives.
